Annual Exams and Problem Visits are scheduled for one hour to allow plenty of time for you to express your health care goals and concerns. Care is holistic and Functional in approach, focusing on strengths already present in your life and building on those. Pronouns are asked and honored.

Women, Trans and Non-Binary Humans of every size and shape are welcome in my practice.

The first consultation includes:

  1. A comprehensive health history

  2. A physical exam, including a Pap smear if needed

  3. A discussion about health screening options (mammogram, GI screening)

  4. Development of a plan of care

  • $190/hour low complexity (1-2 long-term issues)

  • $380/hour high complexity (>2 long-term issues).
